What Is It?
The Ready Set Grow Cohort is a 10-month, team-based leadership journey designed to equip pastors and church leaders with practical tools, spiritual rhythms, and scalable strategies to lead their church, team, and personal life more effectively.
Led by experienced guides and featuring nationally recognized voices like Scott Wilson, this cohort combines 30 video lessons, monthly live discussion-based labs, and two powerful retreats to help your church thrive.
Who Is It For?
This cohort is for the whole church leadership team—lead pastors, staff, and key volunteers—who are serious about:
- Developing a clear discipleship and leadership strategy
- Creating a culture of team health and alignment
- Building sustainable systems that grow with your church
- Leading from a place of spiritual health and personal wholeness
Each lab group is limited to 4 churches per guide, ensuring a highly relational and focused environment.

To strengthen the local church by investing in the leaders who shape it. This cohort helps you clarify your mission, scale your impact, and avoid burnout through structured coaching, intentional peer dialogue, and hands-on application.
