Join us for a powerful one-night men’s conference in Chandler designed to encourage, challenge, and strengthen men in their walk with God. This regional gathering will feature great food, meaningful connection, strong main sessions, and practical breakout conversations that help men grow in faith, leadership, and brotherhood.
Dinner will be provided, followed by main sessions and breakouts throughout the evening. Whether you come with a group from your church or on your own, this will be a meaningful opportunity to invest in your spiritual life and connect with other men from across the Valley.

Blare Wood is a pastor, speaker, husband, and dad with a passion for raising up strong, Jesus-centered leaders. After spending much of his ministry investing in the next generation as a youth pastor, Blare continues to speak at conferences and camps, calling people to live boldly in their identity in Christ. He and his wife, Elise, were married in 2011 and have a daughter, Jensen. Blare leads with both strength and compassion, and his heart is to equip men to lead well, live faithfully, and step fully into the calling God has placed on their lives.
Dr. Yisrael Vincent serves as the Director of Men’s Ministry for the Arizona Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God, where he is committed to equipping and mobilizing men to lead with strength, integrity, and biblical conviction. He is also the Director of the Arizona School of Ministry, a training ground for ministry leaders dedicated to raising up the next generation of pastors, missionaries, and church leaders.
Rick Casto serves as the Arizona Men’s Missionary for the Arizona Ministry Network and brings decades of hands-on experience discipling men in some of life’s most difficult seasons. He also leads the Teen Challenge Christian Life Ranch, where he has invested years mentoring and restoring men through Christ-centered transformation.
In his statewide role, Rick partners with local churches to strengthen and develop effective men’s ministries that fit the unique needs of each community. His heart for raising up healthy, mission-driven men and his practical leadership experience make him a trusted voice for this generation.
Rick will challenge and encourage men to grow deeper in faith, live with spiritual strength, and step confidently into God’s calling.
