Dave Novak is a sought after speaker, church planter and former lead pastor in Sacramento, CA. He and his wife Lori pastored the church for over 15 years. Dave’s ministry has been shaped in racially diverse cultures and non-churched contexts, giving him a relevant voice of hope. He is the author of “No More Dad Issues” and "Fearless Men". In July of 2023, Dave founded The F2 Project focused on helping dads become heroes.
Dr. Yisrael Vincent serves as the Director of Men’s Ministry for the Arizona Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God, where he is committed to equipping and mobilizing men to lead with strength, integrity, and biblical conviction. He is also the Director of the Arizona School of Ministry, a training ground for ministry leaders dedicated to raising up the next generation of pastors, missionaries, and church leaders.
Eric Young has served as a lead pastor at thriving churches across the country, bringing decades of ministry experience and wisdom to every stage of life and leadership. He now serves as the Pastoral Care Director for the Arizona Ministry Network, where he provides vital support and encouragement to ministers and their families statewide. Eric is deeply committed to the health and wholeness of men—spiritually, relationally, and emotionally. His passion for helping men thrive is evident in his focus on strengthening marriages, building strong families, and fostering personal growth.
